The Yin and Yang of Strokes

I was intrigued by a YouTube video by neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. He somehow managed to study his stroke. He felt his brain functions disappear one by one. First speech and movement, then comprehension, were lost, leaving him completely numb to the experience.

Eight years later, he has fully recovered and is speaking about his experience. Watch his YouTube videos to fully understand the disease that strikes fear into the hearts of every adult over 40.

As a holistic energy practitioner, I have a distinct advantage over the average stroke practitioner. I can count on a pair of intuitive eyes, Selvi Ratnam, a 42-year-old school teacher.

Selvi’s clairvoyance began to blossom after her teenage years. He literally began to see things that ordinary people could not see. He could see the man’s colorful aura. To him, everyone looks like a rainbow. Very dark spots appear on the organs of sick people.

When this ability began to appear, Selvi began to think that there was something wrong with her that not everyone could see what she saw.

It wasn’t until later in life when he met a Sufi master that he experienced his clairvoyance.

Somewhere on my study shelf are a dozen or so books written by a Tibetan monk named Lobsang Rampa who, in his last years of life, walked in the body of a white man with the ability to transmigrate.

One of the books was called The Third Eye. It is the story of how he endured surgery that opened his third eye, the hidden eye that sees beyond his physical pair of eyes.

When I met Selvi during my healing journey, I was excited to work with someone who could see beyond the limits of the human body and sense the dimensions revealed in Lobsang’s book.

My power was kundalini and chakras and Selvi could see the situation of awakening kundalini and chakras very easily.

Selvi was introduced to me by Reiki Master Sehkar and we ended up working together at the Paru Amma Integrated Center in Kajang, Malaysia and then going to Kelang to work as a team for about five years.

During our aura reading sessions, Selvi would tell me what she saw and I would take notes on the aura chart. Eventually, a pattern began to emerge. Most women see gray or dark spots on the left side of Selvi’s body. And he sees the same gray or dark on the right side of the man’s body.

Darkness in the aura indicates the absence of life force. It is also often a precursor to disease. If a person’s aura is completely dark, illness or death will occur.

Yin represents feminine energy, which is more emotional and represents the left side of the body. Yang also refers to masculine energy, which is more aggressive and represents the right side of the body.

Every man and woman has two sides, Yin and Yang. Of course, we’ve seen men with feminine traits, and we’ve seen women with masculine behaviors.

The more depressed a woman is, the darker the left side of her body becomes. It was the same for him. If he is emotionally distressed, the left side will also be dark.

In one case, we had a female client in her 30s who said she had a very dark aura on her left side. So I asked her if she was feeling any numbness.

Numbness is often one of the first symptoms of a stroke. He said it was just getting started in his hands. Later, when I asked about her emotional history, she admitted that she had been sexually and emotionally abused as a child and was still traumatized by the incident.

We were able to begin the process of de-emotionalizing him, and ended by asking him to forgive the offender and to forgive himself for his guilt. As he did so, he felt his left hand move vigorously, and Selvi saw the darkness fade away and be replaced by blue, indicating that the hand was returning to health.

As we continued to work on forgiving ourselves and her offender, her left side became darker and a beautiful blue and green aura appeared. At the end of that session, her aura reflected the beautiful colors of the rainbow. And the numbness went away.

We often find in our healing lessons that forgiveness is one of the most powerful healing tools we have. Through the process of sincere forgiveness, the surge of energy in the form of white light allows the affected body to restore its normal life force. This explains how the numbness or lack of life force is removed.

The client tells the woman that it is important to continue to forgive the offender. If he goes back into the emotional vortex of pain and sacrifice, he will return to his old pain body, which will eventually darken the left or yin side of his body. After all, it will be a stroke.

On the other hand, if Selvi sees someone who is under a lot of stress, always rushing to get things done, or worried about deadlines or the future, their right or yang aura will be very dark. regardless of whether the person is male or female.

It is common for most entrepreneurs to have this aura, but it can also affect a CEO or a highly successful woman. Stress is gender neutral. Both men and women are affected and stressed equally.

In such cases, in addition to the emotional release process, we recommend that ambitious Type A people take a break or change careers or become more realistic about their goals. Being alive and healthy is preferable to being stressed and a prime candidate for stroke.

After all, most corporations are beginning to reevaluate their goals and objectives in life. No amount of promotion or chasing millions from living in the fast lane can make up for the weakness of a stroke. There is an old saying that the pursuit of money destroys your health. Then we spend all this money to restore our damaged health.

So listen. Take your time and try to live as balanced a life as possible. Focus on the little things in life – listen to the sound of running water. Play bowling. Take it. Paint. Listen to music. A smile. Laugh. Play with your children. Plant flowers. Love yourself, love everyone. And you will be healthier and happier.
