The Power of Music to Raise Your Vibration

Maintaining your body’s energy system is key to a happy and healthy life, and nothing gets your energy moving faster than music.

Listening to my favorite song doesn’t make me feel good. And when I feel good, my vibration rises and I release positive energy.

Music can have a powerful effect your heart rate, your breathing, your emotions, and even your brain power. It is listed by Napoleon Hill as the fourth stimulus to which the mind responds most freely. Think and get rich.

Music has a powerful effect on your body and mind, so it’s a great way to raise your vibration.

Listening to positive music can change your moodhelp release negative thought patterns and raise your vibration.

Whether you’re listening to music, playing an instrument, or singing, it all helps lift you to a positive, high vibrational place if you’re enjoying it.

Don’t put up with music that doesn’t make you feel good Because it will lower your vibration. Positive lyrics are a plus, of course, but not always necessary. When I hear BB King sing “The Thrill is Gone,” I focus more on the guitar strum and the magic of his voice than the lyrics. It makes me smile and moves me in the most amazing way.

If the music resonates with you and makes you feel good, you will be in a higher vibrational place.

Research shows that music has the following physical effects:

  • Brain waves: Changes in brain wave activity – strong beats stimulate brain waves to resonate with the beat, which brings sharper focus and a more alert mind, while slower beats promote a calm, meditative state.
  • Breathing and heart rate: Both can be modulated by music – meaning breathing slows, heart rate slows, and the relaxation response is activated. That’s why music is an excellent prevention of the negative effects of chronic stress, and it contributes to relaxation and improved health.
  • Mood: Music can help relieve depression and anxiety, thus creating a more positive mood. It promotes a higher level of optimism and creativity, which brings many other benefits, such as boosting immunity, reducing muscle tension, and lowering blood pressure.

Music can be used as follows.

  • Holidays: It will help relax tense muscles, relieve stress, and release some of the tension from a stressful day.
  • Meditation: It can help you get into the meditative zone when you do yoga, self-hypnosis, or guided imagery.
  • Positive focus: Music, especially upbeat tunes, can help you feel more upbeat and positive, helping you get rid of stress.
  • Certification: Affirming lyrics surrounds you with positive energy, helps you see the positives, and helps you create more positive self-talk.
